Summary:
This symposium focuses on innovative applications and challenges of industrial vision inspection technology in aerospace smart manufacturing and lifecycle quality management. To meet the stringent requirements of zero-defect manufacturing, complex assembly accuracy, and extreme environment reliability in aerospace equipment, industrial vision inspection technology provides efficient solutions for critical scenarios such as composite material inspection, precision component dimensional measurement, engine blade defect identification, and automated satellite assembly through high-resolution imaging, AI-driven algorithms, and multimodal data fusion. The theme will explore cutting-edge directions including vision-based measurement technologies for aerospace-specific materials/structures, online inspection system with multi-sensor collaboration, AI empowered real-time data processing, and digital twin-based virtual validation of inspection processes. Contributions from academia and industry are invited to share technological breakthroughs, implementation cases, and standardization experiences, promoting deep integration and industrialization of industrial vision inspection in aerospace.
